Where might i find a source to tell me bolt size for replacement on an st70 ie: swing arm bolt

I measured my CF70 bolt and did a search on ebay (not in the bike section), got two for £2.99 inc 4 washers and two captive nuts, ok they have 10mms too much thread, but nothing a dremel cant put right
