Laughable insurance quote

Well my insurance is up for renewal again and I thought I would search the net for a quote or two. Got my 2008 Honda hornet insurance for £220. It did make me laught when the Bennets clown said "Well Mr Hall you will be happy to know that we can insure your 1972 Honda St70 for £190.02. and this does include up to 90 days european cover....." Does he realise it would take me 90 days to get to europe on an ST.... Oh well best keep looking...

Did mine last night with Bennetts and got it for £80 TFPF. No bonus as it has been in a shed for 16 years....

Over 50 so that helped I guess. With comparison sites some wanted up to £200 which shows how wildly the prices range, had a saved quote from last year and that was £62 fully comp which was pretty good.
Only problem now is a I get a SORN warning when I applied for the tax disc online which is crap because it has been in bits since 1995 and there was no SORN then.....

Got mine for £60 (second motorcycle).

Got mine for £80 and managed to get £40 cashback (www.quidco.com) so therefore it only cost me £40 for the year - bargain!
