I originally had an ST70 in Peru in 1975 and it was a bit like the USA spec I think. 6 Volt electricals but also had indicators which were mounted on little welded brackets on the front forks just under the handlebar mounts. The indicators were round chrome units with screw in orange caps which got stolen all the time. A real pain in the knees when you fell off as they would crack your knee caps when you slid past them. Most people had the cut off to avoid permanent injury..... otherwise was a good looking bike with high chrome mudguards, knobbly tyres and the Honda stripe sticker.
