Hi
I had the same problem with the throttle it must return to idle when you let go or the bike could be dangerous I found that a little bit of silicone grease where the cable end is gripped by the metal slidey bit that goes in the handle bar slot helped but also lubricating the cable inside the outer cable with PTFE lubricant allowed it to move freely
The part you require could possibly be found on carbs from different models I would try a motorcycle breakers this is where I have found some odd ball parts such as the light bulb holders for the speedo rather than buy a new unit for £140.00 complete I got the holders for £5.00 a bargain

Hi James,

I have replied to your email. To get photos on the site you need to host them somewhere (facebook, photobucket etc) and then use the 'img' tags on the reply to post page. Or you can upload them to the website.

To save you time you can email the photos to me (larger versions) and I can put them on here for you.

Thanks!
