WIDE WHEEL ADVICE PLEASE

Hi,

I'm very new to the forum and have just inherited a CT70 off my father inlaw and I am wanting to begin a full resto project. I will be starting from the frame up. Is there a particular order to do everything that would help me as a guide? I'm sure this is a very well documented and well trodden path...

In addition to that, I'm liking the look of the VERY wide wheels and looking for advice. Particularily the style of a bike (GT PRO) which I think are 10" wheels and 7" wide? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=McIKW8K ... iQ&index=3

How would the best way to go about this be? Does anyone know what parts(wheels tires and suspension) are used here?

So I have purchased the Kepspeed kit which includes a wide swing arm to accept a 5.5. the kit also comes with a 4.5 for the from.

I'm now looking for tires and hoping someone can assist please? From this pics I have seen either Metzler or Micheluin seem to be the popular choice but I cant see any sizes for a 10" wheel??
