ct70 with st70 engine

hi new here ..so to ask the experts,,i just a got ct70 frame ....ct70-141086 with a st70 engine#..no.st70e103086.Is this right?i worked with alot of hondas and never saw this??

I am new to this too but as far as I know your engine stamp under the gear shaft it should be a CT70 then the Number if it`s a CT70 Modal
