Motor cycle Recovery Companies
Hi Guys
I am in a bit of a pickle regarding recovery and breakdown policies. I have just got a quote for fully comp insurance on my Lady of £86.00 but it goes up another £46.00 for recovery not including homestart any ideas about other companies who may do a better deal.

Tricky one really. You must go on long runs if you're considering break down cover!

£46 extra sounds quite cheap I think although I would never get it, I don't go far enough on mine and am used to pushing her home when she breaks down (which is nearly every trip)!

Hi James
I intend bringing my Lady back from Kent this week or next week this will involve a journey of approx 122 miles I do intend to have a support vehicle which I hope not to need because my pride would be severely dented should I need to use it. I am also hoping to test run the other ST shortly, the twin exhaust system sounds brilliant, I am sending you a couple of pictures which will need to be sorted before putting on the site. I have applied for a year relevant registration but I need firstly to get it mot'd using the frame no and then getting insurance using the frame no,I have got import paperwork from Honda UK so all should go well. I would like to personalise it a bit more, maybe twin headlights and LED tail lights, but that is in the future dependent on work.
Regards Clive
PS if you need to register your bike you need a V55/5 form from the DVLA jusy phone them and they will post it out to you.
PPS James you will get your Lady sorted remember it is a Honda maybe contact Litch who is very good with engines and could give you some good advice, he certainly helped me.
