Another Newbie ST70 year??

Hi guys, thanks for the add, I just today acquired an awesome machine, deciding on full restoration or custom, most parts are there, trying to find out its year, its a type 1 model VIN ST70-144804, I believe its an early one, probably 69/70 and maybe a 'K0' NZTA have been contacted on this as it was WOF last June around 1990. Battery missing, but I'm assuming 6 volt at this stage, I'll keep you all posted as it progresses
