I am rebuilding an early chaly with the grease packed front forks.
Finally got the bottom nuts off and have noticed one of the bottom members ( the chromed bit ) has a slight bend in it ,i.e it is bent .
Can it be straightened or do I need to replace?
I think I have read somewhere that they can be straightened.
