Holes in frame

Hi Guys
not really a tech question but here goes which years had the holes in the cross member to take the push in emblem is this a 70's 80's machine also are there any speed reading differences between ST50 and ST70 speedo's

only the very early models had these type of badges, around '69-'71, not 100% sure.
There are lots of different Nippon Seiki speedos around, based on the country of origin, number of gears,...
Most common types are 3-speed: 60km/u and 80km/u, 3-speed 50mph
