Wheels and Paint?

So, I know the paint code for the wheels but looking at mine it looks like the plates were never painted.
When I say plates I mean the bits that have the brake arm on.

The rims, from what I can tell were but were the hubs?

Who knows the answer?

You need to polish the brake plates as they were never painted but the hubs and rims were cloud silver
