Hi all ,

Have been clearing out my sheds and came across not one, not two but three chaly s . Green red an blue :)

My question is "how do I date them?"

Their all st70s going by the plates below seat and I found a serial number onone but no dates

I'm confused as a Chaly is not the same as an ST70.
Google it and look at the pictures and go from there.

Si,
Alas no I've not finished any of my 3 bikes
I'm very close with one, but I keep changing my mind about things.
Does not help that I've no electricity in my shed, it's dark in there when the weather is bad, so it limits the time I can work on them. I've had a quote to get the electrics installed and nearly fell over at the cost.
I was planning on getting another quote soon to see if I can get it done cheaper.

No plans this weekend so I'm hoping to get some work done on it, if I make progress I'll put up a few pictures..

As for 3 Chalys, I think the wife would divorce me, although I do have room to store them in my second shed :D
Look forward to the pics :D

REF;Your lightless shed -
Why not get some solar powered lights fixed up inside for much less that the cost of a mains installation? Maplins do several types them but read the reviews first.
If you do - make sure you get the most number of LED's in the bulb holders. Even in this miserable weather they'll still charge up enough to give some working light and you can always supplement them with one if those head-band mounted LED lamps to do close up work.
Might be worth thinking about.
Good luck

Hello Blue,

Failing that, I'm an electrician by trade :D If you lay the armored cable from you house to the shed I could come and wire it all up for you one weekend. Give me a PM with your telephone number and we'll have a chat if you want ;).

All the best Si

P.S Good to hear your still up and about Brian, hope all is well ;)
