Hi Toby,
Do you have an idea of what style of bike you want?

Honda Monkeys come in various models, Z50A, z50J, technically Challys, ST50's and ST70s are not monkeys but they are kind of seen that way by many. Personally I like the all for different reasons.

The comedy value of a z50 type bike is great but I would not want to ride one too far! However I do love these little bikes.
Challys make a cool low rider type bike, but in my opinion the ST70 is the nicest bike to ride, plus you can carry a passenger on it.

There's lots of modifications that can be done to all of these bikes, so it likely you one find one the same.
There is also lots of Chinese copies out there, made by Skyteam, zenhua, jincheng, to name a few.

In not a honda snob but if you have the cash buy a Honda base bike, the don't fall apart like the chinky ones.
I have an 41 year old ST70 that runs like a sewing machine, I've never seen a chinky engine last more than a few years.

Google the models I've listed and hopefully you will be a bit clearer on what bike you want.

Good luck with your search, let us know how you get on.

Cheers,

Blue
