MEET LIKE MINDED OWNERS OR JUST INTERESTED

I will be attending this event and will be taking my Dax and Minitrail to display at this event. It is a very open event and is to be staged at Wendy's which is a farm complex between Newport and Saffron walden in North Essex. You can just ride in and show your bike or bring it in your truck and meet like minded folk.
It is all for charity so hopefully I will see you there.

I hope to come along with my ST70 and Z50J but realistically can't see them being anything like finished in time to ride them there. I can pop them in the van in whatever state they're in so would be interesting to compare notes with other like minded ST 'eers.
Anyone else from NW Kent area who would like to do the same would be welcome to join me.

Its a bit if a trek from Kent and I am on call that weekend but may put in an appearance. Do many people attend?

I'll have to check if it's a weekend when I have my son over (I have him every other weekend) if it's not, and the Mrs let's me play out, I'll be there.....

It will be good to see people if only for a chat,in previous years it was on the common in Saffron Walden which has quite a steep slope to it and getting insurance was very expensive for the organiser because there were concerns that if one of the cars handbrakes failed it could cause an accident so he moved the show to another site near Stumps Cross off the M11 but the week before the show the farmer decided to mow the grass which created a major problem and lots of complaints so this year it will be at Sparrows Hill Livery,Sparrows hill, Newport CB11 3TU sign posted Justlikewendys this is on the B1383 junction with the B1052 to Saffron Walden. It kicks off about 10.00 AM till 4.00ish and all the proceeds go to charity it normally has a good turn out. I did post some pictures of the Very Very Very Rare Lady Dax Club who met up last year but the membership has now fallen so we renamed it the Very Very Rare Lady Dax Club.You do get the Harley Davidson Folk and various old bikes (the two wheeled kind not the essex girl type no offence intended) as I find out more details of attendees I will post them.

Looking forward to meeting some ST''ers and Z50 owners on Sunday - especially anyone with some knowledge of electrics who might be able to help get either of my little monsters fired up on the day. I've been tinkering with both of them in between hospital visits and recurring bouts of sciatica these last couple of weeks and have run out of time trying to get them running so if anyone could wave their magic wand of expertise over them help I'd be extra grateful.
Hope to see hoardes of these mini-marvels there at the show.
