road legal exhaust

hi, im currently refurbing my ST70 and i need a new exhaust system, id like to fit something sporty but im unsure if these types are road legal and MOT friendly any advice chaps would be grateful, regards fooey.

Only the upswept standard (with or without removable db-killer), the low exhaust and the high Leovinci (for ST70 only) are approved.
