Hi James,

I paid about £250 to get nearly every part on my bike shotblasted and then powder coated. I think the frame was about £90-100 to get done but they did a pretty good job considering the state it was in before!

The front light holder tends to be called a 'bucket'. You can pick them up on eBay, David Silver Spares and CMSNL but good luck finding one in white... they are as rare as hens teeth. Seen loads in blue or red so you might have to get it sprayed if you decide to buy one of those.

All your other bits you can get from CMSNL or David Silver Spares. DSS are pretty good but you will need the part number to be able to order the parts.

I haven't a clue on how to repair your flowered seat! Maybe Waynus might know?

Thanks

James

What's the damage? Is the cover torn?
Your best bet is to take the seat to a covering service.
There are a lot of (tuning) companies around with good experience in car seat covers etc. who might be able to help you.
If you want to do this yourself, repair it from the inside (fix vinyl underneath) so it won't be visible in the end.

The seat pan, can be easily welded / resprayed.
