hi guys found the site today after buying 3 chaly's all in different states on ebay with and an extra engine- i expect most of you saw them. long story short i'm into the off road mini bikes and thought i did ok on them, i'm bound to end up with 1 decent bike out of them!? got a friend that's more into the road legal mini's that's given me a bit of info on 2 of the 3 bikes but all will need to be re registered...

me and the old man restore classic bikes so saw them as a bit of a challenge. got a local powder coater and welder so jumped in the deep end as usual. will post pics when they're all out in the day light...

basically what i'm after for now are parts diagrams etc. one bike is complete so i'll use that one as the base but i've never had anything to do with these before, looked at david silver on the off chance and he's got them listed- bonus!i see these have quite a following, i'm keen to get stuck in but there's definitely a lot of work to do!

thanks for the welcome guys.

that's ideal i started taking the 2 rougher ones apart last night, going to leave the 3rd together for now as it's most complete out of the 3 and a runner but not looked at parts yet. All 3 are on the dvla database so should be happy days when i get to looking at new log books, quite keen to get to the local powder coaters :D

here they are $(KGrHqJHJFcFCjHn2uj5BQs52SDWbw~~60_12.JPG

made a start last night, even found some living creatures inside

only problems i had are the rear brake lever is rusted on to the shaft that goes through the frame and the 2 cross head screws holding the bracket for the engine cover won't budge. loom came off complete- i didn't expect half of it to be there but it actually looks ok. soaking over night for another crack today. front and back fenders are pretty bad on this one but the rest looks ok!

then its clean up and a quote times 3 :D
